This guy is just talking about how we have to use our powerpoint presentation we should not misuse our presentation that the listener are not their to listen to our slides but to us, he also talk about the way we should present ourselves it is better to face the audience not to look down or elsewhere in the room then they will be able to understand you and they wil focus more on you,he also talks about how we are to present ourselves trying to make the things we say funny and meaningful we should not go out of the topic,he aslo teold us to know how to talk to our audience not talking at them as if they are the one at fault and he also told us that we should try to be honest and truthful to them he also says we should never try to get prepare a lot if so we will mess everything too much he also says when we are trying to talk we should try to show some movement then the audience we be able to know what you mean better and better,he also try to explain to us that when we keep on repeating a word it gets annoying and more boring so we should try to avoid that,he also try to do somthing that people will be able to remember us from the other presenters they heard.

Really bad powerpoint, help my brain is overloaded and the science of powerpoint overload.

This guys is talking about Communication how it should help people to get adopted to your point of view, to help them understand why you’re excited he also talks about how our brains have two sides, so he is just saying that powerpoint should be used as communication mre and more not just boring presentation. The right side is emotional, musical and moody. The left side is focused on dexterity, facts and hard data. When you show up to give a presentation, people want to use both parts of their brain. So they use the right side to judge the way you talk, the way you dress and your body language. Often, people come to a conclusion about your presentation by the time you’re on the second slide. After that, it’s often too late for your bullet points to do you much go.he also tralks about the four components of presentation.First, make yourself cue cards. Don’t put them on the screen. Put them in your hand. Now, you can use the cue cards you made to make sure you’re saying what you came to say.
Second, make slides that reinforce your words, not repeat them. Create slides that demonstrate, with emotional proof, that what you’re saying is true not just accurate.the third one is to create a written document. Put in as many footnotes or details as you like. Then, when you start your presentation, tell the audience that you’re going to give them all the details of your presentation after it’s over, and they don’t have to write down everything you say. Remember, the presentation is to make an emotional sale. Fourth, create a feedback cycle. If your presentation is for a project approval, hand people a project approval form and get them to approve it, so there’s no ambiguity at all about what you’ve all agreed to the second one is just talking about how powerpoint should be used.and the third guy is talking about how we should know how to use powerpoint how how we can stop using them in a bad way.

Do you think powerpoint is most useful why or why not?

Yeah i think powerpoint is most useful because it is used to answer most of the question the student need to ask the student and it is more useful for teachers because it mostly save them and their time like tom creed says he has no doubt that powerpoint can support and can even encourage.he says that any pedagogically intresting technology can support and encourage both good and bad teachings like the example of the teacher he made powerpoint really made life easy for him beacuse he was able to teach and even print out some hand out and the teacher would be able to goback to one of the slides if any of the student don't get the point of the message the speaker is trying to pass to them.i won't keep or change anything.
if i were going to teach a class what would i use to structure my presentation
powerpoint because it is going to be really easy for me and my student will be able to understand me and what i am saying and my pictures won't be sooooooooooo distracting and disturbing and it will be able to make my student not bored and nervos so that i finsh fast

Researchers points the finger at powerpoint.

This page is talking about some scientist who are checking the brain on how it works,it also says that powerpoint reduces brain capacity of people, it also says that powerpoint has also beena disaster in some cases,he also says instead of teachers solving their student problems the students have to solve it themselves.
In defense of powerpoint.
this guy is supporting the fact that powerpoint is not evil at all and can be used for different means and purpose.he also made us understand how powerpoint made it easy for us to understand what the teacher is trying to say,he also made us know that there are different speakers based on how they talk that is how they use powerpoint and how it is going to look like he also made us know that the listerner brian can not absorb everything so the speakers talk have to be limited
he also made us know that speakers should be able to make three different notes.
Personal notes:this should be seen only by the speaker himself or herself as a reminder for what they are learning
Illustrative slides:this slides should illustrate the major points and help motivate the listener not make them bored
Hand out:this where the speaker can refer to what he means and explain his talks.

powerpoint is evil and not evil.

Powerpoint is Evil and not Evil
This guy is talking about how powerpoint presentation are been made and he is also talking about what powerpoint are used for,he also said rather than learning to write a report using sentence and he also said we students are are taught how to formulate client pitches and informacials.he also made us understand that powerpoint presentation elevates format over their content betraying an atitude of commercialism that changes everything into sales pitch he also talks about dancing pictures ,numbers which he says make the audience bored when it is too much he also compare powerpoint to (a school play like it a waste of time)
Powerpoint is not evil.
This page is discussing about a teacher whose student does not understand some of the things he teach them snd he tried using powerpoint and it worked out really well for him. he also made us know how it is really easy to speak from well organized slides than from scribbed notes he also made us know that powerpoint is well adapted to preparing lectures. it intergers nicely with word processor stay organized flexible as to what kind of output you want it ,it helps to keep thing legible and neat for student
